The Smithfield Education Foundation held its Rubber Ducky Regatta on Saturday, September 21, 2019. 366 Rubber Duckies were ‘adopted’ and raced down the Woonsaquatucket River at the Esmond Park Conservation Area. The winning duck was ‘adopted’ by Sean Kilduff.
