As of May 1, Alltown Real Estate will be moving to a newly expanded office space at 357 Putnam Pike in Smithfield. From the day the brokerage was founded by CEO Ed Duffy in 2016, Alltown Real Estate has led by example by putting the needs of the customer first. As many brokerages work with antiquated business models, they restrict sales agent success, Alltown shares the wealth, and is considered generous and user friendly to their staff and clients.
Ed Duffy started his career in real estate in 1993 and worked with a popular local agency for many years, receiving numerous awards and accolades, before deciding to follow his own business ideas. At this time, he decided to open Alltown.
“Alltown Real Estate will take pride in the work we do for our buyer and seller clients,” Duffy explains. “In a real estate world filled with the need for quick profits and immediate gratification, we will methodically perform the tasks at hand for our clients to the letter of the law. We’ll continue to operate under the highest level of morals and ethics possible. We will enlighten our competitors and share information when mutually beneficial.”
Alltown specializes in residential real estate and prides themselves in educating the consumer. The agency offers a complimentary first time buyer’s power point to provide extra support to individuals on the market for a new home that may not have otherwise known how to work their way through the process.
This agency has also built a strong referral network from previous clients, attorneys, bankers, accountants, and loan officers. Duffy takes pride in Alltown’s constant contact with clients and his open door policy, as this welcoming approach continues to fuel the agency’s success.
“If you have a question or concern, and I can be of assistance, I am highly approachable,” Duffy explains. “We are Main Street, not Wall Street. I believe business should be transparent. We are unique because we offer personalized real estate services; we professionally evaluate your situation as a buyer or seller; and implement an action plan for success.”
